Holy shit balls, you guys! Can you believe it has already been a year??? We can’t! Katie and Sharon have been so excited this week that they can hardly contain themselves. The squealing and giggling has been a little much. We have a few links regarding glitter to share but before we get into that we want to give you your thank you gift! Katie made a music video for our theme song! There is a lot of glitter and puppets… it is pretty hilarious. Thank you for a wonderful year and we hope you enjoy the video!

The Gals talked about the man who brought us commercial glitter as we know it today, Henry Ruschmann, and the company he started that is still in operation and making the world a glitterier place today! Oh! And the German glass glitter! It is so pretty! You can find it in many retail location and on line now but we found a nice selection of colors and weights at the German Corner LCC Store so be sure to have a look around there.

And because we know you are all intrigued by the concept of Unicorn Poop cookies, here is a link to the recipe and instructions. Katie found this recipe to be a little bland so she adds and additional ¼ cup of sugar and ½ tsp of almond extract (in addition to the vanilla). And now for the big announcement! To celebrate our first year milestone and kickoff another fun filled year of Two Artsy Gals, we have launched a Kickstarter campaign to help us raise a little money to keep the show going. We have been paying out of pocket to keep the show going until now but really need the show to pay for itself in order to do all the great things we would like to do for you. We also desperately need to upgrade some equipment. Our fundraising goal is $1,500.00 and we have one month to raise funds.
